Your relationship with The Juice Brewery, with whom you will enter into an agreement for the purchase of any products / goods advertised on the website (the ‘Products’) that you decide to order. Any references to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ in these Terms and conditions are to The Juice Brewery.
Please read through these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information relevant to your use of the website and any subsequent purchase of products from the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for, or use the Website. Please note that to purchase any of the Product or Products, you are first required to register as an authorised user on the website.

You are provided with access to the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions free of charge and for your personal and non-commercial use only. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on registration and on confirmation of placement of Order.
The Juice Brewery reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been amended and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following any amendment will be deemed to be an acceptance by you of such amendment. Accordingly, the supply to you of Products will be governed by the Terms and conditions that were current when you placed your order.
You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed our registration process before you can make purchases from the Website. You must ensure that the personal details which you are required to provide when you register on the Website or at any other time are accurate, current and complete in all respects and you must inform The juice Brewery immediately of any changes to that information by updating your personal details either on the website or by contacting our Customer Services Department (see below for contact details).
When you register on the Website you will be asked to enter a password of your choice. Ensure that any passwords are kept confidential. We recommend that passwords are periodically changed by editing your personal details on the Website or by contacting Customer Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you know, or suspect that another person knows your password, you must notify us immediately by contacting Customer services (see below for details). The Juice Brewery will not be liable to you or any other person for loss or damage which may result of any failure by you to protect your password. Transmitting material that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice gaining unathorised access to other computer systems interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website
In the event that any The Juice Brewery representative has any reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or may suspend your use of the Website.
Orders can only be placed or cancelled by you (the party concerned) if you have registered with us in accordance with Paragraph 4 above. No other person may place or cancel orders with us on your behalf. Your order is an offer of purchase to buy a Product or Products from us and is subject to acceptance by us. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we debit your credit/debit card with the relevant price of your order, at this point an Order Acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you. At this point the Agreement for sale of the Product(s) shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Product(s) without any liability to The Juice Brewery except any direct costs incurred by us in relation to the Product being returned and we will refund to you any part of the price that we have received, provided the following conditions are met:-
Product is returned undamaged in resalable condition
Product is returned in its original packaging
Product has not been specifically tailored to your specific specifications; and or
Personalised to your requirements
Not liable to deteriorate
The Juice Brewery will refund, by way of crediting the credit/debit card originally debited, the value of the Product(s) on return of the Product(s) to The Juice Brewery’s Distribution Centre following the company’s Returns Procedures and Quality Control Measures. An E-Mail Acknowledgement of Receipt of Product and card credit will be sent to you as confirmation of the credit Refund.
Delivery Charges may not be refundable and a returned Product charge may apply.

Faulty or Unsatisfactory Product can be returned at any time within Fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product(s). The Juice Brewery reserve the right to offer a refund or provide a replacement of equivalent quality and value but delivery charges may not be refundable and a returned Product(s) charge may apply.

The supply of Products is subject to availability of those Products. The Juice Brewery reserves the right to withdraw Products from sale without notice.
Whilst The Juice Brewery take all reasonable endeavors to advertise the Products accurately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided related to the Products, including, without limitation, photographs and / or images of the Products.
Details of the total price, and the total amount debited including any and all additional charges (where applicable), I.E. Delivery Charges, etc. from your credit/debit card, will be sent by e-mail confirmation once your order has been processed. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current standard rates (where applicable) and correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The Juice Brewery reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and refuse any transactions. However, this will not affect orders that have been accepted. The total cost of your order is the total final price of the Products ordered plus any applicable delivery charge as set out on the Website. All Prices quoted are in Great British Pounds (GBP) Sterling.
Products can be purchased from the Website by using any of the credit or debit card payment methods displayed on the payment pages of the website. The Juice Brewery do not accept any other cards or any other payment methods (including without limitation cash, cheques or postal orders). You must give us authority for payment at the time of order although your account will not be debited until your order is processed for payment, at time your order is picked and packed for dispatch. Ownership of the Products will not pass to you until your card has been debited. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used for payment is yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not deliver any Products prior to these checks and authorisations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any consequent delay or non-delivery.
The Juice Brewery employ third party delivery service providers to deliver its Products to its customers subject to the delivery chose made by the consumer at the time of Order placement on the Website. The Juice Brewery endeavor to packaging the product suitable to the delivery method employed to ensure the product arrives in the best condition possible.
The Juice Brewery endeavor to dispatch all orders received within a 48 hour period of receipt of the order. The Juice Brewery’s operating hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Hrs Monday to Friday, orders accepted on Saturday or Sunday and or Bank Holidays will be dispatched by the following Tuesday or within two (2) working days whichever is the later. Delivery Times and Dates are subject to the delivery method chosen by the consumer at time of Order placement.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
While The Juice Brewery endeavors to ensure that this Website is available at all times, The Juice Brewery shall not be liable if, for any reason, this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. The Juice Brewery may suspend access to this Website without notice.
