Q: Is the product brewed?
A: No, brewing fruit does not get the best out of it. We have found a process that avoids this but uses the best elements of the brewing process and the fruit juice process (but it has to remain our secret!).

Q: Who is behind The Juice Brewery?
A: The Juice Brewery is a private company formed by a number of individuals who share a belief that current soft drinks do not meet consumer’s needs.

These include Neville Portelli and Greg Watson who first thought of the idea and run a brand agency called Underground blc and Tim Dewey the CEO who has a background in the drinks industry.

Q: Where are the Hoppers made?
A: The Hoppers are made in the UK and are produced by an independent brewer with a long tradition of creating high quality products. The location of this brewery is confidential however we can tell you that they hold a grade A in the BRC Global Standard Food accreditation from Lawlabs Ltd.

Q: How are the Hoppers made?
A: The process is confidential; we can tell you that we have taken the best elements of the brewing process and the best elements of the fruit juice process to deliver a refreshingly unique drink.

Q: Are all the ingredients used in the Hoppers natural?
A: Yes they are. We require stabilisers to ensure the drink remains refreshing for you; however we only use natural stabilisers.

Q: How many calories do the Hoppers have?
A: The calories in the Hoppers are dependent on the variant. The Blackcurrant and Apple Hopper have 102 calories and the Citrus Hopper has 99! The calories in the Hoppers are lower than most soft drinks.

Q: Are the Hoppers 100% non-alcoholic?
A: Yes, our process never allows alcohol to enter and we do ethanol testing on each production to ensure there is no alcohol.

Q: Can the Hoppers be mixed with alcohol?
A: The primary function of The Juice Brewery is to provide a non-alcoholic alternative for grownups. So as long as you are an adult you can mix whatever you want with alcohol (we are told that Hoppers and Champagne go down a treat!).

Q: Can children drink a Hopper too?
A: The Hoppers have been developed for a more adult taste however as a soft drink they are appropriate for children to consume.

Q: What is the Hopper shelf life?
A: The Juice Brewery recommends 9 months from production, after which the product is still safe to consume (but we don’t think it tastes nearly as nice!)

Q: What are the Hopper occasions?
A: Hoppers fit a number of occasions.

You can have a Hopper before and during lunch or dinner, the low sugar level and the refreshing taste go well with food. A Hopper can also be a refreshing drink after work or after sport; or in the evening. .
Hoppers are ideal for parties and gatherings where people may be looking for a more sophisticated soft drink.

A: We have just got ‘hopping’ so stockists are currently limited, but you can find them in our ‘Getting Them'. You can also purchase the product here, online, and we will post it direct to your home.

Q: What are the future plans for The Juice Brewery?
A: A lot of effort has gone into producing these products and our focus is on making consumers aware of Hoppers. Certainly in the future we will consider other flavours or other Juice Brewery products and if you have any suggestions, do let us know.
