About Us

At The Juice Brewery – up here in jolly SE1 - we’ve been involved with quite a few drinks over the years. We’ve drunk even more. And you know what we’ve realised? Most soft drinks are just too…soft. Too sweet. Too sticky. Too goody two shoes.

Not exactly what you’d call a barrel of laughs.

So, we decided to mix it up a bit. Create something a bit more juicy. More mature. The sort of soft drink that feels at home in a pub.

Then there was the question of a name for the new brew. We looked around for inspiration. And saw hops. And a row of big wooden hoppers. And the light bulb came on…

So we had a party to celebrate. And we called that a hop too.
